Section 1Title, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) (Amendment) Order 2003; it extends to England only and comes into force on 31st January 2003.

Section 2Amendment to the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) Order 2002

Article 1(2) of the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) Order 2002 shall be amended by substituting “1st April 2003” for “1st February 2003”.
