Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dental Auxiliaries (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on the day after the date on which they are made.

Section 2Amendment of regulation 6 of the Dental Auxiliaries Regulations 1986

In regulation 6 of the Dental Auxiliaries Regulations 1986 (fees prescribed by the General Dental Council), for the amount “£25.00” there shall be substituted “£68.00”.
