Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.

THE STATISTICS OF TRADE (CUSTOMS AND EXCISE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2003
Section 2
The Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1992 shall be amended in accordance with regulation 3 below.
Section 3
(1) In regulation 3(1) for “£233,000”, in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£221,000”.
(2) In paragraphs (6) and (7) of regulation 4, for “£13,500,000” there shall be substituted “£14,000,000”.
