Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5 and Amendment) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order references to sections are references to sections of the Enterprise Act 2002.

Section 2Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2003
(1) Schedule 2 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) For the words “section 270 (fees)” there is substituted “section 270(3)”.
(3) The words “section 271 (Insolvency Services Account: interest)” are omitted.
Section 3Appointed day
The day appointed for the bringing into force of sections 270(1), (2) and (4) and section 271 is the day after the day on which this Order is made.
