Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Agency Arrangements) (Specification) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

Section 2Specification of functions

The functions exercisable by the Scottish Ministers under section 168 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (contributions towards costs of housing mobility arrangements) are hereby specified for the purposes of section 93(1) of the Scotland Act 1998.
