Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2003 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Specified Office-Holders
An office-holder of a description specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order is disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament.
Section 3Specified Office-Holders
An office-holder of a description specified in column 1 of Part II of the Schedule to this Order is disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament for any constituency specified in relation to that office-holder in column 2 of that Part of that Schedule and for any region specified in relation to that office-holder in column 3 of that Part of that Schedule.
Section 4Revocation of the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 1999
The Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 1999 is revoked.
