Section 1Title, extent and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (England) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2003; it extends to England only and comes into force on 31st March 2003.

Section 2Amendment of the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (England) (No. 2) Order 2002
(1) The Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (England) (No. 2) Order 2002 shall be amended in accordance with this article.
(2) In article 1(2) for “1st April 2003” there shall be substituted “1st August 2003”.
(3) In article 4(2)(c)(iv) the word “number” shall be added before the word “together”.
(4) In article 5(2)(c)(iv) the word “number” shall be added before the word “together”.
(5) In article 12(2)(a)(iv) the word “number” shall be added before the word “together”.
