Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the British Nationality (Hong Kong) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on the 1st April 2003.

Section 2

Regulations 8 to 10 of the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Regulations 1986 are hereby revoked.
