Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

Section 2 Amendment of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986

(1) Regulation 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (a) for “£522” there shall be substituted “£186”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (b), for “£348” there shall be substituted “£124”.

(4) In sub-paragraph (c), for “£174” there shall be substituted “£62”.

(5) In sub-paragraph (d), for “£174” there shall be substituted “£62”.

(6) In sub-paragraph (e), for “£87” there shall be substituted “£31”.

Section 3 Revocation of Regulations

The Regulations specified in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby revoked.
