Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 10th February 2003.

Section 2

The First Schedule to the Rules of the Air Regulations 1996 shall be amended by substituting for Table II referred to in Rule 30(1):

TABLE II —Flights at levels above 24,500 ft

27,000 ft;

29,000 ft;

31,000 ft;

33,000 ft;

35,000 ft;

37,000 ft;

39,000 ft;

41,000 ft or higher levels at intervals of 4,000 ft.

28,000 ft;

30,000 ft;

32,000 ft;

34,000 ft;

36,000 ft;

38,000 ft;

40,000 ft;

43,000 ft or higher levels at intervals of 4,000 ft.
