Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

In this Order a fee or column referred to by number means the fee or column so numbered in Schedule 1 to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1999 .
