Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Asylum Support (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 7th April 2003.

Section 2Kind and levels of support for essential living needs

For the table at regulation 10(2) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000 , substitute:
