Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Maximum Number of Judges Order 2003 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2

Section 4(1)(e) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 , prescribing the maximum number of puisne judges of the High Court, shall be amended so as further to increase the maximum number of those judges to 108.
