Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (United States of America) (Variation) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 15th May 2003.

Section 2

Schedule 1 to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (United States of America) Order 1995 shall be varied by inserting between the words:—

(a) “California” and “Connecticut”, the word “Colorado”;

(b) “Florida” and “Indiana”, the words “Georgia, Idaho and Illinois”;

(c) “Massachusetts” and “Minnesota”, the word “Michigan”;

(d) “New Jersey” and “New York”, the words “New Mexico”;

(e) “North Dakota” and “Oklahoma”, the word “Ohio”;

(f) “South Dakota” and “Texas” , the word “Tennessee”.
