Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Community Legal Service (Funding) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 15th April 2003.

Section 2
In this Order a reference to an article by number alone means an article so numbered in the Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000
Section 3
(1) At the end of article 5(1)(d), omit “or”.
(2) After article 5(1)(e) insert—

as part of the fast track asylum decision and appeals process pilot
