Section 1Citation, commencement, interpretation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 31st March 2003.
(2) In this Order “the Schedule” means the Schedule to this Order.
(3) This Order applies to England only.

Section 2Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule shall be of the amount specified opposite it in column 2 of the Schedule.
