Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Election Petition (Amendment) Rules 2003 and shall come into force on 1st May 2003.

Section 2
In rule 19(1) of the Election Petition Rules 1960 —
(a) for “enlarged” substitute “varied”; and
(b) after “rules 2.8 to 2.11” insert “and 3.1(2)(a)”.
