Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement ( No. 2) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2004.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 31st March 2004.

(3) In this Order, “ the Order ” means the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No. 2) Order 2004 .

Section 2 Amendments to the Order

In article 6(2)(p) of the Order (repeals relating to primary medical services, general medical services and section 28C arrangements)—

(a) for “Part 1 in so far as it relates” there shall be substituted “Part 1 and section 40(3) in so far as they relate”; and

(b) for “, 32 and 40(3)” there shall be substituted “and 32”.
