Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2004.

Section 2Commencement of provisions in European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003

The European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003, so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar on 23rd March 2004.
