Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 9th April 2004.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order ” means the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) Order 2004 .

Section 2Amendment to the principal Order

In Article 8(4) of the principal Order, for the reference to “article 3” there shall be substituted a reference to “paragraph (1)”.
