Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Hadleigh Junior School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 16th February 2004.

Section 2Exemption from School Sessions Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body of Hadleigh Junior School, of Church Road, Hadleigh.

Section 3Time limit

This order shall have effect until 31st December 2004.
