Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
This Order may be cited as the Yeovil Schools (School Day and School Year Regulations) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st June 2004.

Section 2Citation, commencement and interpretation
In this Order the “ School Day and School Year Regulations ” means the Education (School Day and School Year) (England) Regulations 1999 .
Section 3Relaxation of the School Day and School Year Regulations
In regulation 3(2) of the School Day and School Year Regulations, in respect of its application to the governing bodies of the schools listed in the Schedule—
(a) in relation to the school year 2003-2004, the number “378” is substituted for the number “380”; and
(b) in relation to the school year 2004-2005, the number “376” is substituted for the number “380”.
Section 4Time limit
This Order shall have effect until 31st August 2005.
