Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Court Boards Areas Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st June 2004.

Section 2 Courts Boards areas

Each of the areas respectively named in column 1, and specified in column 2 of Table 1 of the Schedule to this Order, is a courts board area in England.

Section 3 Courts Boards areas

Each of the areas respectively named in column 1, and specified in column 2 of Table 2 of the Schedule to this Order, is a courts board area in Wales.
