(1) Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Company may in the port and in the situations and lines and within the limits of deviation and according to the levels shown on the deposited plan and sections construct and maintain the works hereafter described, together with all necessary and proper works and conveniences connected with or incidental thereto, that is to say—
Work No. 1 —A series of floating pontoons of structural steelwork and/or reinforced concrete connected by linking bridges and restrained by piles set into the river bed for a length of 250m commencing at a point at SJ333546, 390689, proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction, terminating at a point at SJ333638, 390456.
Work No. 2 —A pedestrian approach bridge of structural steelwork to the floating pontoon commencing on a platform on a pile set into the river bed at a point at SJ333587, 390698, proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction, terminating at a point at SJ333547, 390682.
Work No. 3 —A floating pontoon 25m wide by 15.5m long of structural steelwork connected by hinges to the existing Liverpool Landing Stage, commencing at a point at SJ333686, 390369, proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction, terminating at a point at SJ333700, 390336.
Work No. 4 —A vehicular and pedestrian approach bridge of structural steelwork commencing on a piled abutment at a point at SJ333765, 390380, proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction, terminating at a point at SJ333694, 390352.
Work No. 5 —Two steel monopile mooring dolphins set into the river bed at SJ333520, 390731 and SJ333503, 390772.
(2) The Company may within the limits of deviation alter, replace, relay or reconstruct the works and may maintain the same as altered, replaced, relayed or reconstructed.
