Section 1Citation and Interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 7) and Dissolution of the British Coal Corporation Order 2004.
(2) In this Order, the “ Act ” means the Coal Industry Act 1994.

Section 2Provisions Coming into Force on 27th March 2004
The following provisions shall come into force on 27th March 2004:
(a) section 67(8) of the Act, so far as it relates to provisions coming into force by virtue of paragraph (b); and
(b) Part III of Schedule 11 to the Act, so far as it relates to the repeals set out in the Schedule to this Order.
Section 3Dissolution of the British Coal Corporation
The British Coal Corporation shall be dissolved on 27th March 2004.
