Section 1Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on the 1st July 2004.

Section 2Dangerous Goods

In regulation 5(1) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998 for “the booklet entitled ‘Dangerous Traffic’, 11th Edition issued in 2001” there shall be substituted “the booklet entitled ‘Dangerous Traffic’, 12th Edition issued in 2003”.
