Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Employment Document (Fees) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 2nd July 2004.

The Immigration Employment Document (Fees) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004
Section 2
(1) The Immigration Employment Document (Fees) Regulations 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3, the definition of “the Sectors-Based Scheme” is hereby revoked.
(3) In regulation 4:
(a) “4B,” is omitted; and
(b) for “£95”, there is substituted “£153”.
(4) Regulation 4B is hereby revoked.
