Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 14th July 2004.

Section 2Designation of Bodies
Each body listed in the Schedule to this Order is hereby designated under section 11(5) and (6) of the Enterprise Act 2002 as a designated consumer body for the purpose of making super-complaints under section 11 of that Act.
Section 1
The Consumers' Association.
Section 2
The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux.
Section 3
The National Consumer Council.
