Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Amendment Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st March 2004.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
In Schedule 2 to the Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1996 (Special Health Authorities of which the chairman and members are not disqualified under regulation 10(1)(g)), after “National Treatment Agency” insert “ NHS Professionals Special Health Authority” and “ NHSU ” .
