Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Davies Lane Infant School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 6th August 2004.

Section 2Exemption from School Session Times Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body of Davies Lane Infant School of Davies Lane, Leytonstone, E11 3DR.

Section 3Time Limit

This Order shall have effect until 31st August 2004.
