Section 1Citation, interpretation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Order 2004.

(2) This Order applies to Wales only.

Section 2Provision coming into force on 23rd July 2004

With the exception of subsection (1)(c), section 79 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (records of location of apparatus) comes into force on 23rd July 2004.
