(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Provision of Physical Data) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2004.
(2) These Regulations, except regulation 2(b), shall come into force on 1st August 2004 and regulation 2(b) shall come into force on 1st September 2004.
The Schedule to the Immigration (Provision of Physical Data) Regulations 2003 is amended as follows:
(a) before “Sri Lanka”, there is inserted “Rwanda”; and
(b) after “Ethopia”, there is inserted “Kenya”.
