Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 10th August 2004.

Section 2

Article 2 of the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2004 shall be amended as follows:

(1) the words “at the appropriate place in each case” shall be deleted and replaced with “at paragraph 35A”.
