Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 30th August 2004.

Section 2 Amendments

(1) The Road Transport (International Passenger Services) Regulations 1984 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1)(g) substitute “Secretary of State for Transport” for “Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions”.

(3) In regulation 14(2A) substitute “£11” for “£10”.

(4) In regulation 14(3) substitute “£160” for “£140”.

(5) In regulation 14(3A) substitute “£163” for “£144.20”.

(6) In regulation 14(4) substitute “£34” for “£30”.
