Section 1Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Fast Track Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2004 and shall come into force on 20th July 2004.

Section 2Amendment to the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Fast Track Procedure) Rules 2003

In the Schedule to the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Fast Track Procedure) Rules 2003 , before “Immigration Removal Centre, Harmondsworth, Middlesex” insert—
Campsfield House Immigration Removal Centre, Kidlington, Oxon
Colnbrook House Immigration Removal Centre, Harmondsworth, Middlesex
