Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Repeals) Order 2004 and shall come into force on the expiry of one week beginning with the day on which it was made.

Section 2

Sections 86 and 87 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 are repealed.

Section 3

Section 243(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 is repealed.
