Section 1 Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Regulatory Reform (Museum of London)(Location of Premises) Order 2004 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2 Amendment to section 4 of the Museum of London Act 1965

(1) The Museum of London Act 1965 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 4(1) for “the City of London” substitute “Greater London”.

(3) In section 4(2) for “the City of London” substitute “Greater London”.
