Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2004.

(2) Articles 1 and 2 of this Order shall come into force on 1st August 2004 and article 3 of this Order shall come into force on 1st October 2004.

Section 2Amendment

The Schedule to the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production Order 1994 shall be amended by inserting at the appropriate place in alphabetical order the word “Bulgaria”.

Section 3Amendment

The Schedule to the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production Order 1994 shall be amended by inserting at the appropriate place in alphabetical order the words “Serbia and Montenegro”.
