Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st October 2004.

Section 2Increase in fee

In paragraph 7(1) of Schedule 3 to the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002 for “£26.50” there shall be substituted “£35”.
