Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Family Health Services Appeal Authority Amendment Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st March 2004.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 7(1)(f) of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority Regulations 1995 (disqualification for appointment), after “a Special Health Authority” insert “(other than the NHSU or the NHS Professionals Special Health Authority)” .
