Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Gatwick Express Class 460 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 30th September 2004.

Section 2Amendment

(1) The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Gatwick Express Class 460 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2001 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In article 5(7), for the words “at the end of 30th September 2004”, there shall be substituted “at the end of 30th April 2011”.
(3) In article 5(8), for the words “at the end of 31st March 2005”, there shall be substituted “at the end of 30th April 2011”.
