Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Energy Act 2004.

Section 2Commencement

(1) The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 1 shall come into force on 24th August 2004.

(2) The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 2 shall come into force on 1st September 2004.
