Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Regional Planning Guidance as Revision of Regional Spatial Strategy) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 28th September 2004.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Steps having effect as revisions of Regional Spatial Strategies

The part of the regional planning guidance set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Order shall have effect as a revision of the regional spatial strategy specified in the corresponding entry in the second column of that Schedule.
