Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 1 st October 2004.
(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1996 .

Section 2Amendment of Schedule 6

In Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations (enactments applied for the purposes of these Regulations), at the end, add the following entries—
