Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Modification of Enactments Relating to Employment) (England) (Amendment) Order 2004 and comes into force on 1 st October 2004.

(2) This Order applies only in relation to England.

Section 2Amendment of the Education (Modification of Enactments Relating to Employment) (England) Order 2003

(1) The Education (Modification of Enactments Relating to Employment) (England) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) The following is added at the end of the Schedule—
Employment Act 2002 sections 29-32 and Schedules 2-4
