Section 1Citation and commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Licensing statement period) Order 2004 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Licensing Act 2003.

Section 2Licensing statement period

For the purposes of section 5(2) of the Act, the three year period shall begin on 7 th January 2005.
