Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as The Compromise Agreements (Description of Person) Order 2004 (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st October 2004.

(2) In this Order, “the Principal Order ” means The Compromise Agreements (Description of Person) Order 2004 .

Article 3 of the principal Order is omitted.
