Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Health Professions (Parts of and Entries in the Register) (Amendment) Order of Council 2004 and shall come into force on 18th October 2004.

Section 2 Parts of the register and designated title

In Schedule 1 to the Health Professions (Parts of and Entries in the Register) Order of Council 2003 (parts of the register)—

(a) in column 1 (parts of the register), after the entry “Part 12—Speech and Language Therapists” add—

Part 13— Operating Department Practitioners; and

(b) in column 2 (designated title), opposite “Part 13—Operating Department Practitioners” in column 1, add “Operating Department Practitioner”.
