Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st March 2004.

Section 2Amendment of Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999 are amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Section 3Amendment of Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999

For Schedule 3 (licence fees) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
