Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Albion Junior School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2004 and comes into force on 1 st December 2004.

Section 2Exemption from School Session Times Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body of the Albion Junior School of Halfords Lane, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B71 4LG.

Section 3Time Limit

This Order has effect until 7 th January 2005.
